3. Crowdfunding & Project Execution Risks

Engagement in crowdfunding campaigns carries significant inherent risks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • UniGlobe Partners LLP does not guarantee that Project Creators will meet their stated milestones, delivery dates, or technical specifications.
  • We do not perform forensic audits on the internal financial management of independent campaigns.
  • The total loss of contributed funds is a possibility due to project mismanagement, technical failure, or shifts in the competitive landscape.
  • Strategic "pivots" by project teams are common and may result in final deliverables that differ substantially from original descriptions.

4. Digital Asset & Blockchain Disclosure

Engagement with cryptocurrencies and stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC) involves specific technical and market risks for which UniGlobe Partners LLP assumes no liability:

  • Volatility: Rapid shifts in digital asset valuations may occur between the time of a pledge and the time of project settlement or refund.
  • Irreversibility: Due to the nature of distributed ledger technology, transactions confirmed on the blockchain are final. UniGlobe cannot reverse or recover funds sent to erroneous or compromised wallet addresses.
  • Cybersecurity: Users are exclusively responsible for the security of their private keys, seed phrases, and hardware devices. We are not liable for losses resulting from user-side phishing, hacking, or device compromise.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, UniGlobe Partners LLP, its members, and its employees shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
  • Claims arising from the failure of a third-party project to fulfill rewards.
  • System outages, network latency, or technical glitches beyond our immediate control.
  • The total aggregate liability of UniGlobe Partners LLP for any claim shall not exceed the net service fees paid by the User to UniGlobe Partners LLP in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

This Disclaimer and all interactions with UniGlobe Partners LLP are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Users irrevocably agree that any legal proceedings or disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
