Refund Policy
General Overview
UniGlobe Partners LLP (“UniGlobe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a professional crowdfunding platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for pledges, contributions, or fees. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Our operations are governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, while accounting for the unique nature of crowdfunding and digital asset transactions.
Nature of Crowdfunding
Users must understand that crowdfunding involves supporting projects in development. A pledge is a contribution toward the realization of a project, not a direct retail purchase. As such, refunds are subject to specific limitations depending on the stage of the campaign and the type of transaction.
Refunds During a Live Campaign
- Flexible Funding: For campaigns using a flexible model, contributions are typically processed immediately and may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Campaign Creator.
- Fixed Funding (All-or-Nothing): If a campaign fails to reach its funding goal by the deadline, all pledges will be automatically refunded to the contributors, minus any third-party processing fees where applicable.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your pledge at any time before a campaign successfully ends by contacting our support team or using the platform dashboard.
Refunds After Campaign Success
Once a campaign has successfully ended and funds have been disbursed to the Campaign Creator:
- UniGlobe is no longer in possession of the funds.
- Any requests for refunds must be directed to the Campaign Creator.
- The Campaign Creator is solely responsible for fulfilling rewards or issuing refunds if they are unable to complete the project.
Cryptocurrency Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, special conditions apply to contributions made in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, Monero, etc.):
- Network Fees: Any refund issued for a crypto transaction will be net of network/gas fees required to process the return.
- Exchange Rate Risk: Refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency and amount pledged. UniGlobe is not responsible for fluctuations in the fiat value of digital assets between the time of contribution and the time of refund.
- Verification: Refunds will only be sent back to the originating wallet address to prevent fraud and comply with AML/KYC regulations.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Platform service fees once a successful transaction has been processed.
- Contributions where a physical or digital reward has already been shipped or accessed.
- Fees incurred by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a project’s failure to deliver, UniGlobe may, at its discretion, act as an intermediary to facilitate communication between the contributor and the Campaign Creator. However, UniGlobe does not guarantee the successful completion of projects or the recovery of funds.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
